| TESTS COOLANT IN ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION OIL

RADCHEK Tests for Coolant Presence in Engine Oil (Gas & Diesel) & Automatic Transmission Fluid
Detects 0 - 6% coolant contamination in Engine Oil (Gas & Diesel) & ATF where this is a growing problem for Automotive & Heavy Duty Vehicles.
Engine & Transmission should be at operating temperature no more than 10 minutes prior to testing. Remove the oil or transmission dip stick, use a clean cloth & wipe the fluid from the dip stick. Insert the dip stick back into the oil or transmission fluid & immediately remove. Place the fluid end of the stick against the pad on the test strip.
After 60 seconds compare the colour of the test strip pad to the colour codes on the bottle side panel.
NOTE: In new vehicles ATF may come with a Check Plug (containing No Dip Stick).
| TESTS FOR HYDROCARBON IN FLUIDS

HYDROCARBON TEST STRIP is an effective Field or Laboratory test to detect the presence of Hydrocarbons (e.g., Fuels, Lubricants, Oils, Diesel, Gasoline, Kerosene, etc.) in Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), Coolants, Tap & Ground Water as well as a Variety of Other Liquids including Contaminated Soil.
Signs of a Blown Head Gasket can be determined by the presence of oil in Coolant. Simply dip the test strip BLUE PAD into the Fluid to be tested.
To test for Oil Contamination in Soil simply press the Blud Pad firmly against the soil, then gently rinse away the debris with clear water.
Presence of Hydrocarbons causes BLACK SPOTS to appear on the Blue Pad.
Compare the Test Pad results with the chart on the Bottle to determine the level of contamination.
The number and density of the Black Spots is increased with a higher degree of Hydrocarbons. Follow Instructions on Bottle. Rus test in a well lit area.
E.g., 30 ml of Oil can contaminate and destroy 30,000 liters of DEF.
